When I started to take over this blog from Chris Crum, one of my first posts was about NaBloPoMo back in ‘08. I was wondering if there are any new contenders for this year (’09) that are up to this?
If you are unfamiliar with NaBloPoMo (shortened for: National Blog Posting Month), it is a challenge for bloggers to post every day (including weekends) for a full month revolving around a topic/theme (as delegated by the official website).
Any previous NaBloPoMo’ers around that want to share their experience?

I’ve thought about it. I don’t have enough posts saved yet but I am working on it. Seems like it would be fun to actually do it!
I am simply incapable of it!
sounds like a great personal challenge, with or without there being an officially sanctioned contest
i wonder what this would do for a small business blog… isolating a portion of one’s niche for a month and making the blog category on the site be the comprehensive information source…
it is like a great personal challenge !!
It does seem like a lot of hard work, that might distract your focus from doing what you should be focusing on. If it fits in with your current blogging endeavours it might be a worthwhile exercise, but it is just too much for me, I must say
With some bloggers it’s a huge challenge for their readers
If someone’s writing on the same topic 30 days straight, they’re bound to run out of material and interesting insights sooner or later.
I don’t think I could do this. I run dry on topics really quickly.
Its hard to keep posting every day
I do not use that, however, it seems like a very interesting idea. However, if it’s the same topic every day, it may become stale to the readers and the writer.
yup its somehow difficult.
I feel that many bloggers can’t pull that off. Sure some will be able to write on one general topic for 30 days in a row, but most will either run out of things to say or start repeating themselves.
