I also prefer to read the articles on the actual blog, but I do understand that I miss a lot of blogs sometimes... so a reader is necessary in situations, such as a long planetrip, where I have longer amounts of freetime and no real access to the internet

I think RSS-related blogging is really necessary thing. People can read RSS on the phones. It is to see what you want to read, but you can't read the comments, where you can get extra information

RSS is indeed a great tool for reading blogs and other articles but I still think that it is nice to read from the original website if you have free time.

Nice post though. Thumbs Up!

RSS is not the future of blogging. It's the now of blogging. If the site doesn't have RSS feed available I usualy won't even bookmark it. And I'm sure I'm not the only one.

RSS is the future of the net. It doesn't matter if you're blogging tweeting or writing an article. Put it in an RSS and ping it.

RSS has been around for a while, but I have yet to try it. I think it will take along time for it to be user friendly enough for everyone to use it.

I think RSS feeds are a key aspect of blogs, especially with the thousands of new blogs popping up each day. Subscribing to blogs via RSS, and of course bookmarking sites, are the only ways to keep your head on straight.
