		<description>If you are at the stage in your blog where you are struggling just to stick to a schedule then I would seriously advise *against* outsourcing and bringing on guest posters unless your blog is designed to be a multi-person blog.

The reason I say this is at the beginning when you are start getting started you need to woo your readers - they want to get to know you, learn what your style is and figure out if they like you. They can't do any of that stuff if you are mixing up your posts with other people's posts. Later on down the line when you've got an established and loyal audience you can mix it up a bit but not at the start.</description>
