Use nofollow links if you want to link to other sites from your page but don't want to give them PR. With keywords in the title how can you tell if you are using the same keyword too many times in the title of different pages? How much is too much? It's a shame domain age is so important, it makes it hard for start up sites to get any authority going. Great post.
