I usually keep to a pretty strict schedule and don't take a lot of wasted days. But it was necessary this week for me to have one of those days where halfway through I just realized that it made no sense to try to keep pushing it. I did exactly what you did - nap, cuddle, couch, movie ... and more important, accept that it was okay to do it. Of course, there's a fine line there because it's easy to get in the habit of saying to yourself "okay, I need one of those days again" when you really need to be pushing yourself to work instead ... but it's important to really know yourself and be able to take those days when you need them.
