The bloggies are now open! There are so many blog awards on the calendar these days, and I don’t really think winning most of the those awards actually do anything for your blog. However, saying this the one that actually is worth winning and does bring in a great deal of traffic and prestige is the Weblog Awards (also known as a the Bloggies).
The awards are currently open for nominations and will be until the 11th January. If you could head over and nominate Pure Blogging, it would be greatly appreciated!

Personally, I’m not that much of a fan when it comes to awards since, let’s face it: as a blogger, you receive a vote of confidence from every visitor who appreciates your resource and that is the most important thing.
